Registration for the conference is now open. You must login to the system to register.

Registration Fees

The prices include 25% VAT

 

The prices listed in DKK are based on an exchange rate of 745.19 (rounded). 25% VAT is included in the prices. Part of the VAT can be reimbursed from the Danish Authorities and application forms will be available at the website for this purpose.

The registration fees covers attendance in the conference, conference proceedings, accommodation at Klarskovgaard Conference Center, breakfast, lunches and dinners, refreshments breaks, social programme and technical excursion (17 September 2008).

 

Please note that shared double rooms will be available at first come first served basis as only a limited number is available.

 

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of the conference registration, please note that the fee is not refundable after 1 August 2008. Cancellation before that time will be refunded minus an € 75 processing fee per registrant. Substitutes will be accepted at any time.
